Fibrous biomaterials represent a dynamic and rapidly evolving field at the intersection of materials science, biology, and engineering, dedicated to developing innovative solutions for complex medical challenges. From traditional bandages and gauzes to advanced vascular grafts, tendon patches, drug delivery systems, and tissue engineering scaffolds, fibrous biomaterials have revolutionized various aspects of medical treatment and procedures.
