Why Book in the SFB Housing Block?
SFB has negotiated a special room block specifically for our event attendees. All conference attendees should make every effort to stay at the official event hotel. Supporting the official hotel room block provides staff support to resolve hotel reservation disputes; ensures attendees receive all applicable discounts and materials; and, assists SFB in maintaining affordable, quality programming. Booking your reservation via Internet travel sites or staying at other properties has a long-term, negative impact on the SFB meeting. The number of hotel guest rooms that can be attributed to SFB attendees helps us negotiate better rates with the hotels and the city's meeting facilities, avoids financial penalties and helps offset increased costs in our efforts to maintain affordable registration fees.
Room Reservation Information
We appreciate your supporting SFB by booking hotel rooms within our official block! We have negotiated a special, discounted rate with the hotel for our attendees ($249/night + taxes)! Reservations may be cancelled, without penalty, 48 hours prior to arrival. Rooms cancelled less than 48 hours prior to arrival are subject to penalty. The final day to complete your hotel reservation is March 2, 2026 or until the room block has sold out!

If you are contacted by an outside company offering special hotel accommodations, DO NOT provide any personal details. These solicitations are scams. SFB has NOT authorized any third-party company to contact you on our behalf. To ensure your transaction is secure and legitimate, please make all hotel reservations directly through the links provided on the SFB 2026 website.
Valet Parking
Valet parking is available in a protected underground garage. This includes 24-hour access to your vehicle with in/out privileges. Vehicles are picked up in the motor lobby, located on level LL3 of the atrium tower. Parking may be limited due to high demand. SFB attendees will receive a 20% discount on overnight on-site valet parking.
