Why Book in the SFB Housing Block?
SFB has negotiated a special room block specifically for our event attendees. All conference attendees should make every effort to stay at the official event hotel. Supporting the official hotel room block provides staff support to resolve hotel reservation disputes; ensures attendees receive all applicable discounts and materials; and, assists SFB in maintaining affordable, quality programming. Booking your reservation via Internet travel sites or staying at other properties has a long-term, negative impact on the SFB meeting. The number of hotel guest rooms that can be attributed to SFB attendees helps us negotiate better rates with the hotels and the city's meeting facilities, avoids financial penalties and helps offset increased costs in our efforts to maintain affordable registration fees.
Room Reservation Information
We appreciate your supporting SFB by booking hotel rooms within our official block! We have negotiated a special, discounted rate with the hotel for our attendees ($280/night + taxes)! Reservations may be cancelled, without penalty, 48 hours prior to arrival. Rooms cancelled less than 48 hours prior to arrival are subject to penalty. The final day to complete your hotel reservation is March 22, 2027, or until the room block has sold out!
